BAD CREDIT Loans, FACT or FICTION?

You have a bad credit record and very low credit score. Suddenly you have emergency expenses like medical bills, car repairs, school fees etc.  Your only hop now is to apply for a bad credit loan but will you really be helped or is this only an advertising gimmick?
The good news is that there are several financial service providers who are willing to assist these unfortunate consumers who may be blacklisted due to circumstances beyond their control, like getting retrenched or fell behind with monthly payment due to the economic situation.
However each of these lenders has minimum criteria to be met.  As this is very high risk loans they do have to protect their own interests.  A few people may not meet these criteria and therefore think it is “just a story” that there is help out there for the distressed consumer.
Luckily there is hope for them to.  They can start paying their accounts on time and after a few months of doing this it will benefit their credit status and they can re apply again should the need arises.
These are call unsecured loans and are more expensive than loans for people with a good credit record.  You can look for them on the internet as most of them do have websites, also in websites or your nearby facilities.

Credit score 530, is this considered High or Low?

With such a credit rating you may be able to get a small loan. You will be considered  a high risk consumer as this really is not a positive score.

Depending on the age of your debts you may get assisted, but must be willingt to pay higher interest rates, also the amount granted to you will definitely be less than should you have a stable credit record. The lenders will be reluctant to grant you credit should you keep on defaulting.

With a score of 530 you definitely need to shape up your future payments should you be granted a loan of any size.

Most lenders will be willing to assist you with a bigger loan after you made three consecutive instalments.
The longer you maintain the regular payments the better your credit record will become and your credit score will also increase.
.
You and you yourself can be the one turning your ratings around and will most definitely benefit by keeping to your commitments of regular on date repayments.

What happens when Bad Credit marries Good Credit?

One may think Bad credit and Good credit are have nothing in common.  Fact is when you have a Bad Credit record you can work your way through to a good record again.

How do you go about?

By taking baby steps you can restore your credibility again. With a poor record the banks will be reluctant to grant you the credit you may need.  Do not despair as the service providers offering blacklisted loans can be your solution. Should you meet their minimum criteria they will be willing to grant you a small loan.  You may decline the offer as you may think it will not solve your problems.  Wrong, it can save you.  By applying for a small loan and pay it regularly they will in most cases be willing to grant you bigger loans after you paid at least 3 instalments.   Perhaps you can settle a few minor accounts with the smaller loan as well.  This will already give you more cash in the hand at each month end. When they grant you the next loan you can settle some bigger loans.  As your accounts gets paid regularly now your credit score will improve and you are on your way to good credit again.

So you see a marriage between Bad Credit and Good credit can indeed work.

Judgement: Is your employer allowed to deduct from your salary?

Should your creditor obtain a judgement against you, your employer may be instructed by the court to do a salary deduction. The credit bureaus will also keep this record on your name for 5 years.

WHAT IS A DEFAULT?

Should you regularly pay your accounts late (in other words after the due date you get listed as a defaulter). Should you skip paying an account or accounts for 3 months or longer you will be labelled as a consistent defaulter.  If you keep on with this negative behaviour they then usually take judgement against you.  It takes 2 years before a default is cleared from your name on the credit bureaus' systems.

What it is the most annoying thing that could happen when you have bad credits and deep in debt And how do you solve it?

Being blacklisted is not the end of the world. Contrary to what other people think, you can still get a loan even if you’re blacklisted but being in the situation can be pretty annoying even for the debtor.

What is the most annoying thing that could happen to a debtor?

The annoying part comes when the bank sells your account to a collecting agency.

This is the very annoying part because collection agents will call, email and disturb you wherever you are in order for you to pay your credits.
